Product Description
QG-1144 Spray Adhesive is suitable for bonding materials such as sponge, foam, fabric, leather, paper, plastic, and metal foils. etc.

Usage
QG-1144 Spray Adhesive is suitable for bonding materials such as sponge, foam, fabric, leather, paper, plastic, and metal foils. etc.
Instruction
- Pour the QG-1144 Spray Adhesive into the steel tin of the gun. Adjust the air compressor pressure to 6-8 kg/cm² and maintain a distance of 40-50 cm between the nozzle and the target surface.
- If the QG-1144 Spray Adhesive is too thick, it can be diluted with organic solvents such as chloroform, acetone, and ethyl acetate.
- Uniformly spray a coat of QG-1144 Spray Adhesive onto both target surfaces. Allow it to dry for 1-5 minutes, then press the surfaces together to bond.
Specific instructions.
- Make sure the spray gun is working and not having water in it.
- Make sure the operating workshop is in good ventilation.
- When operating, stay away from fire and prevent the static. Any operation causing sparks must not be carried out within 50 meter.
- Clean the surface of the target materials to make sure no grease, dust or other stains.
- Please apply QG-1144 Spray Adhesive uniformly on the target surfaces.
- The nozzle of the gun and the surface should form a 45 degree angle.
- The spray distance (the gun and the surface) better be 0.5 meter.
- The normal pressure of the gun should be 6-8 kg.
- The spray should be like fan-shape or minute particles.
- QG-1144 Spray Adhesive should not be too thick, best coating the surface evenly.
- Steadily and uniformly move the gun in operation.
- After applying QG-1144 Spray Adhesive on the surface, leave it to dry for 1-5 minutes (or when the applied QG-1144 Spray Adhesive coat is not sticky to your hand), then it is okay to bond.
- Pressing the surface properly can get better result.
- Certain materials or craftworks require QG-1144 Spray Adhesive coat being heated or pressed as per the user’s requirement.
- Clean the gun when it is not used.
- Influences of proper spraying.
- QG-1144 Spray Adhesive coat which is too thin will lead to weak adhesion
- QG-1144 Spray Adhesive coat which is too thick results in high cost, slow drying and QG-1144 Spray Adhesive accumulation.
- Uneven QG-1144 Spray Adhesive coat will cause accumulation and partial cracks.
Warning
- Please test the product on your materials before using it in large quantities.
- The product is flammable, and should be sealed and stored in a cool place.
- It is not appropriate for people with nervous system disorders, anemia, hypertension, liver troubles, kidney troubles, those who are pregnant, or nursing mothers to use the QG-1144 Spray Adhesive for extended periods
- Keep the product away from children, and prevent ingestion.
- Please keep the product in a well-ventilated area and away from fire during transportation and storage.
